My Little Red Kitchen

Well, I am going to try my hand at blogging with the help of my daughter, Melissa. My first post is going to be about my "little red kitchen". They say a woman's kitchen tells about her personality. I have always had an "apple kitchen" . When we moved into our present home, I decided to add a little spice to my kitchen. I chose the color red as it went with my apples as well as it makes my kitchen bright and cheery. My husband and family thought I went a little overboard, with red toaster, red pots and pans, red can opener, red mixer, red knives, red tea pot, etc. etc. For mother's day, Melissa took me to lunch, a movie, and shopping. I had no idea that she was keeping me away for a reason. When we arrived home I found a wonderful Mother's day surprise waiting for me. A RED kitchen sink! While we were gone, my son and friends installed a cute red sink to finish my little red kitchen. I was soooo happy. I bet I am the ONLY mother in the whole wide world that received a red sink for Mother's Day. When I look at my little red kitchen, I know how truly blessed I am. It makes me feel warm and loved. I can't thank the Lord enough for giving me such wonderful children. My personality is not reflected in my little red kitchen, but it's my children's love that is reflected there. "God Bless My Little Red Kitchen !"

I'm a friend of Melissa and Brian's. Have fun blogging- you have a great start. I am building a house, and I will have a green kitchen- but alas, no green sink.

Hi, your sink looks great. I did a search on the web for a red one for my own kitchen and came across your site. I love what you've done with your place. I hope you continue to blog -- it's amazing how many you reach through this medium.

P.S. do you know the maker of your sink?
